++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

In my neck of the woods, Dick Starks of
Dawn Patrol fame is a replica Nieuport guru.

The Dawn Patrol Nieuports I have seen use Worksman bicycle wheels. These
are especially strong wheels designed for commercial bikes, the kind used on
delivery carts and 3-wheelers I have seen pedaling along in NYC.

Go cart brakes are fine too. But then on a taildragger without a tailwheel
who needs brakes? People who fly Taylorcrafts don't use their brakes;
they are mechanically operated heel brakes adapted from Cushman scooters and
aren't much help anyway.

Anyone know what the speed and load rating on these are? Also, do the
brakes have enough power to stop 1200 lbs. decently?
