Default Hangar Condensation problem

Hello,
I'm buying a box hangar 60x80 about 15 years old. It's wood frame with
metal siding and asphalt roof. Ceiling is also metal. Walls and ceiling are
insulated, but the 55 foot wide bi-fold door is not. There is some air
leakage around the door that I plan to fix.
Rumor around the airport is that this hangar has a bad condensation problem
in Spring and Fall. It's not heated and I hope to solve this problem without
adding heat. It's located in Michigan.
Could air circulation inside or perhaps outside to inside solve this issue?
I'm told the Dew happens in the morning due to the building warming up
before the concrete slab, which is still cold from the night before. They
say the aircraft inside will form Dew on the airframe and even inside on the
panel, Yikes!
Heating the building is the easy answer and my last resort. Removing the
insulation is not an option either. Thanks for helping!
~Bruce
