Default Another Moriarty Wave Day

....And, of course, I was the tow pilot.

I towed a CFI, who hadn't flown for a while, two patterns and then to about
1,400' AGL. He was gone for a couple of hours in the Grob 103, attaining
about 16,000' MSL.

Then he gave a BFR while I towed. The winds were really cranking up by this
time and, on the last pattern tow, it looked like Arizona was passing
through on its way to Texas. On downwind, I dialed up AWOS and the wind was
about 10 degrees off runway heading at 33 G 38 kts. I landed, pushed up the
power so I could taxi off the runway, and called the glider. I advised him
to make a close in pattern and that I was done for the day. Taxiing was the
hardest part.
