Default My EW is not talking to my SN-10

The PDA is receiving GPS signal from the Goddard cable when it is NOT
plugged into the SN-10. When it is plugged into the SN-10 neither the
SN-10 nor the PDA receive GPS signal. The baud rates are set at 4800 on
the SN-10 (by default I understand), the EW, and the PDA (SeeYou mobile).
The SN-10 PDA box is checked.

Am I missing something? Do I have a bad cable?

thanks for any suggestions, (as long as you don't ask me why I'm running
a PDA with my SN-10)!

Set the baud rate on the SN-10 to 38.4(?) -- whatever is the EW
standard (see the EW user guide).

Hi Ted,

I must kindly disagree with that. I recommend setting the EW to 4800 baud
and the SN10 to 4800 baud. The EW baud rate can be set in the EW_User.txt
file.

Paul,

Why do you recommend 4800 over 38400 baud? Both devices can be set to
the faster speed. Why not use it?

Paul - never mind - I didn't have the right understanding of the setup
with three devices.
