Default Private Pilot Examiners in Atlanta/Eastern Alabama Area

Hello all.
I am getting closer to checkride time and I was wondering if anyone has

any recent experiences (good or bad) with examiners in the Atlanta
and/or eastern Alabama areas. I realize that checkrides should be
comparable regardless of the examiner, but an examiner's demeanor can
go a long way to relax or stress out a student. I've also heard
anecdotal stories about excessively strict or harsh examiners that can
make a checkride quite unpleasant.

So if anyone has any feedback regarding examiners in the Atlanta or
LaGrange/Auburn or Pell City/Anniston areas, I would appreciate an
email from you.

Thanks in advance.

Call the Cedartown/Rockmart airport (40 miles NW of Atlanta). I got my
check ride from a fellow who is based out of there and who still gives check
rides. For whatever reason, I can't remember his name, but do remember
that he was very straightforward.
