Hourly cost
I think he's talking about SBA loans. Besides, haven't you seen the ads
on TV with the guy jumping around in a suit full of question marks telling you how to get gov't money. Looks a bit like The Riddler. What are some of the [government related] re$ource$ you've been able to tap so far?
