I've done a bunch of those (and worse)...

How about 22 - 24 hours at low level (100 to 500 ft) in the North
Atlantic in winter with conditions so rough that you return to
base with the upper front of your thighs beaten sore from
smashing up against the seat belt, and most of the 18 man crew
having almost constant 'gastronomic events'...steely eyed
ruthless aeronautical warrior you aren't mister...
