You did not understand what I was saying. I wasn't saying that homebulits
are not experimentals. I was taking issue with your INCORRECT statement
that homebuilts are "type certificated."

Homebuilts are expermemtals. Experimentals however DO NOT HAVE
TYPE CERTIFICATES.
