Default Oshkosh RAH RAP Frequencies (Final ... sort of)

Since I have no verified or observed data from which to work, here are the final
suggested frequencies for the RAH/RAP group to use going to, coming from, and
while on the field:

FRS -- Channel 3 with no PL (no tone encoding)

Amateur 2-meter -- 145.75 simplex no PL. Use the local repeaters (download the
frequency chart at www.rstengineering.com) for off-field purposes.

Air-To-Air, Air-To-Ground, Air-To-Honeck -- 122.75 MHz.

If anybody has any other suggestions, now is the time to make them, or forever
for 2004 hold your peace...

(*) That's a generic "you", not a "you, Jim Weir," reference. I'm no
sparky.
