Default Captain Eric 'Winkle' Brown

On BBC4 tonight at 22:00 BST: Britain's Greatest Pilot: The
Extraordinary Story of Captain Winkle Brown. Overall a very interesting
programme, despite the occasional incorrect picture.
An amazing man, who has flown more types of aircraft and made more
carrier landings than anyone else. I met him briefly a few weeks ago; he
is charming and friendly, sharp as a tack at 96.
