Default Gliding electic flight - cells which one?

Can anyone advise?

I am wanting to make up a 10 cell pack for a Robbe K-Rat and a Kyosho
Soarus. I mainly slope fly with both kits but gain real altitude with
the prop.

Can anyone advise which battery cells I should use to make up these
packs keeping in mind weight vs duration?

I have some 3300 cells for my RC cars coming - are these OK for flight
too?
