FEB 6 - FEB 7 (Tues - Wed 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) Convention Center
Room 205
Flight Instructor Recertification Clinic (FIRC) Led by Bob Wander
and
open to CFIG's that need to renew their certificates (every 24
months), or anyone with an interest in becoming a CFIG. Advance
registration & fee. Call SSA 505-377-1192, or online: www.ssa.org

FEB 7 (Wednesday evening 6:00 PM)
SSF Training and Safety Seminar Convention Center Ballroom C
Informative presentations by Rich Carlson, Burt Compton, Stephen Dee,
and Bob Wander.
Free / No registration required.

FEB 8 (Thursday morning 7:30 AM)
SSA Instructors / Towpilots Breakfast Convention Center Chickasaw
room

FEB 8 - 10 (Thursday-Saturday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
Soaring Safety Foundation Booth in the Convention Hall.
The SSF booth message this year is "How to Become a Glider Flight
Instructor". Meet the SSF Trustees including Chairman Rich Carlson,
Gene Hammond, Bernald Smith and Burt Compton. We will also provide
answers to your questions about glider training and safety, so visit
us at the SSF Booth.

featuring Spence Byrum (Pilot Reliability), Rich Carlson (Goal
Oriented Approach to Landing),
