Default Vector Wind, Relative Wind calculation C 302/303

Does anyone know who wrote the vector wind / relative wind software
for the Cambridge 302/303 system? I can't seem to get my questions
answered by Cambridge. I have some issues with this system that look
to me like a software problem.
