Default Gap Tape

Could anyone who has tried the 1" wide gap tape that "TJ" is selling
please post your opinion of the tape?
Thanks,
Jim

What about Bowlus MaxiTape? I've been using that for years and been
happy with it. Sticks well, leaves little to no residue, conforms
well. If you want six rolls, you can order directly from
at $7.50 per roll ($45 for six). Cumulus Soaring stocks
it in individual rolls at $8.50.

Hi,

I sell the Bowlus Maxi Tape for the same price the manufacturer does - $8.50
for 1 roll or $8/roll for 6 = $48. I think his add in Soaring magazine has
not been updated since the price increase several months ago. It is very
popular tape.

Good Soaring,

So does 3M white electrical tape. And it's cheap at any Home Depot.

Plus comes in exciting colors, so you can coordinate your glider and
crew...
