iPhone app with handwriting recognition to digitise my logbook?

I need to quickly digitise my logbook so that I can mine some information from it for a...erm...field landing accident report Rather than do it all on paper or type it into a spreadsheet I'm thinking that there may be an app that can help? Any help appreciated.

Thanks! I've dropped them an email asking for a quote. Not sure if they'll be interested in such a small piece of work but I'm awaiting a response and I'll let you know the answer.
