Default Airplane sellers using a broker/dealer

For those who have sold an airplane before, how do the dealers charge
their
fees for finding a buyer ? 3%, 5%, 10%of the purchase price ? Or a
fixed
amount for a "listed period" ?

I'm most interested in information on commission for planes in the
$100,000 - $200,000 range.

I was recently quoted 5% for a plane worth about $75K - don't know
about 100-200, though.

I was quoted (in December) 5.75% (for a $350K bird) if it sold within 60
days, or 5.0% if within 120 days, and 4.5% if anything longer.

Whether this is typical or not I can't say.
