That's gotta be wrong

I posted a reply to this before but it got lost in the bit bucket. He is speaking of an overlay approach and he is correct, technically you must have the underlying equipment available. By the time you get to the alternate your options are quite limited in any case. Why don't you try reading what was written right there in front of you?
