Default Looking for old version of FAA Intercept procedures

Hi

Please, does anyone know where I could get a 1999-2001 copy of the FAA procedures regarding Section 6. Interception Procedures?

Example Link:
http://www.faa.gov/air_traffic/publi...M/aim0506.html

B.Rgds,
Scott
