The above notice was rather sparse for reason too complicated to explain.
Here is the scoop: The event is the US Region 4 South contest at New Castle, Va. The back seat is available at a cost of $200/day, which all goes to the US Team Fund. Another possibility is flying from central Pa. to New Castle on Saturday (17th). That could be moved to Friday if the weather is booming. The slots are all filled for the New Castle contest.
