So what you are saying (the only way I can find to interpret it) is that,
if the FO screws up, and makes you go around, he doesn't get to fly any
more? Seems like a good incentive for the FO to try to hold onto a screwed
up approach, and so, possibly kill everyone aboard the plane.

Again, let me know if I'm flying with a captain like that. I want to get
off before we leave.
