Default Aircraft ID? canard biz plane

What might a business-sized aircraft have been, that had both a
canard stabilizer up front and a regular stabilizer in the back,
twin engine, very high pitched (frequency) props, quite fast, that
went over.

I think it was smaller than what I remember as a Beech starship.
