What is it worth? I'm looking for a GPS that will tell me where airports
are, and when I am getting to close to Class B and C airspace. Anyone have
any experience with this model?

95XL was a top of the line unit when it was introduced 10 years or so
ago. I paid over $1000 for mine and still use it for power flying.
It was retired from soaring when I changed to a PDA based system.

Compared with later Garmins - big, excellent key pad, high current
draw. Garmin has discontinued database updates for this and some
later models. That is the only reason I will retire mine for power
flying.
