Default New technologies flight computer

A guy flying in our club has the New Technologies/Easybox Flight recorder
from an Italian company, he has a diamond flight he needs to validate but
can't seem to figure out how to download it from the flight recorder
using an IGC shell executable. There is a SD card reader with a USB port
to hook a laptop too but doesn't seem to be working. Does anyone have any
experience with this devise that can offer any suggestions to extract the
file for validation.Note has a CF card that can download the raw file
(.NT) then can convert to IGC on desktop but for badge purposes they say
(badgelady) they need it validated right from the flight recorder I'm
assuming. Any help would be great.
