Default 3 blade prop position on 6cyl engine.

Whats the best 3 blade prop position on a 6 Cyl Franklin?
The Ivo prop instructions only give an example for a 4 cyl
IO-360 to place one blade on TDC position. That's where
I placed it for the 6 cyl Franklin for now.

Then, on a 6 cyl, the other blades are properly positioned also--neat
ain't it..

Thats interesting now that you mention it. 3 blade prop is exactly
symmetrical in power pulses on a 6 cylinder engine.

Some old guys are aware that rotating a three-blade prop 180 degrees
(so that one blade is straight up as opposed to straight down at #1
TDC or whatever) can make a difference. The IO-520 had a habit of
throwing alternator belts, cured by rotating the prop. Changes
resonant vibration modes somehow.
