Partnership Contracts
Hi all in US-glider land,
we are in the process of forming a three-way partnership in a glider. Is there a standard legal document covering that sort of partnerships, that can be used? How are your partnerships set up? Would like to hear about it. GM

Partnership Contracts
Others have set up Limited Liability Corporations.. and then the LLC owns

This is a pretty good book on the subject.
