Default Partnership Contracts

Hi all in US-glider land,

we are in the process of forming a three-way partnership in a glider.
Is there a standard legal document covering that sort of partnerships,
that can be used?
How are your partnerships set up? Would like to hear about it.

GM,

This isn't exactly what you are looking for; however, it contains some
information worth considering.

Others have set up Limited Liability Corporations.. and then the LLC owns
the aircraft.
All of the partnership "rules" to share the aircraft are set out in the LLC.

This is a pretty good book on the subject.

AOPA used to have an example partnership/LLC contract but they've
revamped their site and now I can't find it.

The LLC thing seems to be very important.
