Default Piper reverse tow bar

Some time ago I saw a towbar for a Piper Cherokee that is reversed -
that is, it is designed to be operated from the position of the person
pushing back against the wings to park the plane. I can't find it any
more. Any clues?

I strongly suspect theft. If planes (and jets) can be stolen, bodies of
deceased (and maybe not properly certificated) pilots spirited away from
crash sites by well meaning family members, and planes slowly dismantled
over time while parked at the airport, how easy is it to steal a 25lb. tow
bar.

Hell, its so light that someone could just chuck it into the back of a
C-150 without causing any weight balance issues.
