Default Eurofighter SCF and drag

Hi

The http://www.airpower.at/flugzeuge/eurofighter/daten.htm site states
the Typhoon can cruise at 1500m at Mach .9 and uses 85Kg of fuel per
minute.

Now the SFC has been stated 23g/kN.s. With reheat 49g/kN.s

Now from this I have scribble together the thrust needed to fly the
the above speed as about 61KN...
(about half the power available)

Have I got it right??... How does this compare to its peers

What else could you estimate from the figures? assuming the 85Kg per
min is accurate..

Cheers

John Cook

Any spelling mistakes/grammatic errors are there purely to annoy. All
opinions are mine, not TAFE's however much they beg me for them.
