Friday June 18 – Sunday June 20
For Grand Glaize K15 Airport

NOTICE: These instructions are to be used as a guideline. ALL FAA AND
ATC REGULATIONS AND ATC REQUESTS ARE TO BE FOLLOWED

Arrival Procedures:
K15 will be classified as a VFR airport for the weekend. No IFR will
be provided.
Upon reaching within a 50-mile radius of K15 airport contact MIZZU
Approach on 124.1 and advise you are “DIRECT SUNSHINE VOR (SHY 108.4)
THENCE DIRECT K15”

Upon reaching SHY VOR contact K15 CTAF 0n 122.8

An Air boss will be available for K15 beginning at 10AM Friday. Follow
his directions for arrivals. YOU ARE STILL REQUIRED TO OBSERVE ALL VFR
REGULATIONS FOR SEE AND BE SEEN.

Once on the ground:
Parking will be directed by a Civil Air Patrol official once on the
ground. You will be directed to a parking spot. CAP will be providing
a shuttle to the terminal for those who require one.

Tie downs are the responsibility of the PIC. It is best to assume no
tie downs will be available. NO FEE will be charged for tie downs this
weekend. The airport and City of Grand Glaize has waived all fees.

Fuel:
Fuel is available at both K15 and AIZ. K15 will require you to do the
following upon arrival:

· Register your aircraft at the terminal upon arrival
· Place a fuel request for your aircraft with N number and any
specific requirements for fueling. (Example, fill to tabs)
· Those requiring fuel to be pumped on Sunday morning can expect
delays as many aircraft may be requesting fuel on the same day. If
possible fuel up during the weekend.

Departures Sunday:
Flight Service will be available at both K15 and AIZ at 7am for
departure assistance

These instructions are provided as a guide for your weekend visit to
K15 and are not intended to be used in place of any FAA regulations or
ATC requests.
