Ugly story.

I heard a manager here at the office dressing down his team for not
answering phones fast enough. He expects them to answer on the second ring,
not the third. Not because customers give a damn, but because it makes his
stats look good to the higher ups.

Stories like this remind me what's important. Neither his phone stats or my
concern over such things rates. I feel really sorry for that kid.
