Default Fatal accident in Italy

On the first day of the first competition of the soaring season, Enea
Bonaretti has impacted a mountain. The glider was found resting
inverted, the tail cone broken, on Mt. Rocciamelone (in the Alps close
to Torino) at about 3000m agl. Once again, the most probable cause is
a spin.
Some of you might have met Enea on his gliding holidays in South
Africa and other exotic gliding locations.

please take care, everyone.
