Correct me if I'm wrong, but you have to create a user account and
password to post/read there don't you? As most ISPs offer Usenet as
part of their service, that wouldn't be necessary for most users, and
there's no registration requirement to read Google-Groups. But, I'm
agreeable with whatever the groups decides.

This is a great site. It's graphical and zoom-able.

I can pull it up next to a weather site and see my options without having
to play hunt and peck with "Where the heck is that airport?" that I do on
other, nameless "pay" sites.....


I missed Larry's original post above but, no you don't have to register. As
a matter of fact it is really better if you don't register then you can put
the name of the restaurant or whatever in as the name of the spot to be
mapped.

As I mentioned earlier if there is anyone out there who'd like to help
manage the map e-mail me and I'll give you the admin password.
