Late breaking news...
http://abclocal.go.com/ktrk/news/111...lanecrash.html

From the linked story...

"Witnesses told Texas Department of Public Safety troopers that the two
airplanes were doing dogfight maneuvers over the lake when the wing of the
plane that crashed appeared to fall off or be clipped, and it crashed in a
pasture, according to Trooper Bob Kerns in Montgomery County"

Wasn't there an AD out a few years ago on T-34s requiring expensive
recurring wing spar inspections for cracks ? I seem to remember it was
going to cause a lot of operators to quit flying their T-34s because of the
expense.

A sad, tragic day for all involved.
