Default A fine ridge day in PA - the Ridge Soaring Irregulars ride again

Tuesday April 4 produced 9 great flights from the State College, PA
area totaling 9109.7km. There were 5 flights over 1000km including 3
1000km triangles by Richard Kellerman, John Seymour and John Good and
an 1191km broken-leg by Karl Striedieck (new USA open class multi place
O/R record -1130km). Of special note is the end of the flight by John
Good returning late in the day in "impossible" conditions. All flight
logs are on the OLC. Congratulations also to Tom Knauff, Doug Haluza,
Bob Harvey, Martin Nasadowski and Holger Weitzel for great flights.
