Default Cost of First Class Flight Physical w/ EKG?

I need to get a 1st Class physical (I want to make sure I can pass it)
and since I'm now 35, I also have to get an EKG as part of the 1st
Class. I know price varies by geographic location, but does anyone
know what it should cost me?
