I thought it was what I call "closely held". There are several investors,
but it is not traded on an exchange. There is "stock", but you would have
to call Cirrus about how to buy it. They used to have an investor relations
person listed on their web page.

So is Microsoft (MSFT)...what you're thinking of is a "publicly traded"
company.
