32nd Annual CCSC Contest, Avenal USA Update

I guess Murphy's Law has kicked in. Last week I received SOARING and we
where not
listed in the Calendar and now this. We have been told by our webmaster that
the hosting
company's main server has had a hardware failure. He has now set up a link
with the contest
information on his website.

CENTRAL CALIFORNIA SOARING CLUB

You are cordially invited to attend our 32nd Annual CCSC Soaring Contest at
the Avenal Gliderport.

Practice day is Wednesday, May 17. The contest will run from May 18 through
May 21. Classes are Standard, 15 Meter, 18 Meter, Open, and Sport. Scoring
is
handicapped so any ship can compete.

The CCSC Spring contest has long been the kickoff event of the season in
California.
This is a low-key, no pressure contest where new contest pilots can gain
experience
while flying with the very best competitors in the West. It is a good place
to make
friends while you hone your skills in a safe environment in good lift
conditions.

Hot meals will again be available each day prior to the launch.
