will sell jet fighters. Pakistan seems one example, Burma and Zimbabwe
two others. China might get something of a captive market.

Maybe. But if the PRC wants to do other than *donate* them, then Burma
(or whatever they heck they call it now) and Zimbabwe are not going to
be of much value to them.
