The FAA has published a NPRM that if it becomes a rule will radically
change the way charity fund-raising flights are done and put most
vintage plane ride operations out of business.

This has been brought up on this group before but the deadline for
comments is looming. The comment period is open until 19 April. Good
progress is being made. When the FAA denied the petition to have
publick meetings, Congress responded and schedule Congressional hearings
to be held on 30 March.
