I found that even that was a little too much for my O-360. I add a quart
when the level falls a notch below 6.


Likewise IO-360 in a Mooney. I used to add at 5 on my O-360 in Archer. I'd do
that in the Mooney, too, but my partners want to add at 6, I fudge a little and
add at "a notch below 6".

In the Archer (going back a few years by memory) I think it was in the 10-12
hour range.

In the Mooney it's 8-10 hours.

7-8 in the Cutlass. Hasn't changed since break-in over 600 hours ago.
