It is (or should I say "they are") there. You pretty much have to look
frame-by-frame. Watch for her to walk to the back of the boat.

When she is facing the camera and turns sideways just before sitting
down you get a good frontal and profile view.

Look at about the 1:30 mark where the pax are deplaning into the boat.

The plane is from Denmark. I'd be more surprised if there wasn't a
topless woman on board.

Except he landed at the airport he filed his flight plan to. So unlikely
he was out of fuel.

Nothing says he had enough fuel to start with, perhaps he
had to cruise lower than flight planned for fuel and ran
low, maybe the wind changed. But a running jet rarely quits
except for running out of fuel.

Doesn't look topless to me, looks like she's wearing a light peach or near
flesh colored top. Too bad the video resolution isn't better.

That is what I thought.

Her body language is all wrong, for being topless. She would be trying to
cover up, with arms, or someone's shirt, or something.

And BTW...the video is NOT Atlanta Bay. It is a jet overrunning
Runway 11 at Bader Field (AIY - now closed) at Atlantic City. The
casinos are in the background of the video.
