Default Wings to Adventure

Is it just me, or has whoever does "Wings To Adventure" set up their sound
levels wrong?

I normally have my volume set to around 20 - but when "Wings To Adventure"
comes on I have to crank it up to around 35. That makes the narrator
audible, but the commercials are painfully loud.
