Default Winch training in northeast USA ?

Does anybody know where winch training is done in the north-eastern US
?

I would like to get training sufficent to actually perform winch/auto
tows.
Somewhere that I could get concentrated training would be prefered.

Thanks

While its not exactly NE, it is probably one of the better winch
training site in the US. Try, http://www.permiansoaring.us/ I got my
winch endorsement there a few weeks ago and really enjoyed it. Good
Luck.
