Default Trivia ? again: 1st non-VF/VA CAGs

Again, perhaps some input from the readers to this question can at least narrow
down the possibilities:

Anyone know who they believe was the 1st (or one of the 1st) non-VF or non-VA
community CAGs in today's CV era (post mid-1970s)? Assume this would have to
have taken place following establishment of the "Super CAG" billet in
mid-1980s.

As one example, it's believed Tom Ford (CAG 11 1989-90) was the first VAQ guy
to become a CAG.

Anyone know of S-3, E-2, HS(?) guys?

Again, this has come up an off-net discussion, and it would be nice to mark the
appropriate individual in the CAG DB.

Thanks.

First VS cag was Lew Schriefer (CAG 3), formerly CO of VS 22, Saratoga
approximately 1980.
