Default Speedy Delivery Service...

Meanwhile, the Venezuelan National Guard is still holding in custody
near Caracus a Portuguese-registered Citation X seized last October
after about 880 pounds of cocaine were reportedly found on board. It's
believed the business jet arrived from Mexico and had stopped in Caracas
for fuel before a planned flight to South Africa. No confirmed
information was available at press time as to the aircraft's owner and
operator.
