No - the fighter ace was I Kuznetsov -

The carrier was more properly named 'Admiral of the Fleet of the Soviet
Union Kuznetsov' - usually shortened to 'Admiral Kuznetsov'.

It is named after Nikolai G. Kuznetsov :-
