Default Corporate180: Oppression, Foolishness, Phishing - Out the Wazoo!

Corporate180 – Fairfax, VA

This company appears to troll through court records looking for people
who are being sued. They then attempt to contact them offering a wide
range of dubious solutions and plans.

Corporate 180 might, for example, find that a company called “Wazoo
Enterprises” was sued. Their inept team of researchers will find
contact details for “Wazoo Products” and pass that along.

A Corporate 180 representative will then contact “Wazoo Products” and
want to discuss the issue. “Wazoo Products” of course knows nothing
about it.

Contacting “Wazoo Products” is improper if the “Wazoo Products” number
is on the do not call list.

One of the Corporate 180 callers is Helen Evans. She calls from (703)
286-5536. Her number at Corporate 180 is (703) 222-2180.

She and her husband, Peter Evans, are hardcore Neocons and support
things like the Institute for Liberty.

They are actually real estate agents, but they make up most, if not
all, of Corporate180’s negotiating team.

The Corporate180 legal team consists of Jon Gelber, who operates a one
man debt collection law office in Virginia.

The CEO is Andrew Flint. Interesting fellow, a bit upset that Bush is
gone. Flint is intolerant of any form of negative comment about
Corporate180. He even demands that opinions be removed.

This attitude, oddly, has put him at odds with Chris Diwan of Mann
Bracken.

They claim to have offices in Fairfax, VA, Los Angeles, CA and Miami,
FL but all phone numbers ring in Fairfax.

These people have nothing of any value whatsoever to offer. Avoid
them. Do business with them at your own risk and peril.

1) There is no "do not call" list for companies
2) The principal(s) of Corporate 180 are in litigation against their
former partners and ex employess for fraud
3) This blog and other variations / copies of this post on the
internet claim to come from various places throughout the country yet
the source IP has been researched and found to have come from a coffee
shop in Virginia - near where the ex partner and ex employees are
attempting to compete
4) We do not attempt to sell our services to anyone, we qualify
companies that are involved in disputed or valid claims for our
services - if it is a fit then we proceed.
5) We are headquartered in Virginia, with satellite offices in Los
Angeles and Miami. Please feel free to call (888) 422-2180 to speak
with a representative and schedule a meeting at any of our offices.
Calls are routed through our main switchboard / pbx to the appropriate
representative and office.

One more note -

Jonathan Gelber (http://www.virginiacollectionslaw.com) represents the
principles of Corporate 180 in the litigation against the former
partners. Mr. Gelber is not one of Corporate 180's attorneys for
client matters. That would be a conflict of interest. As well Mr.
Gelber has 4 full time attorneys plus support staff working in his
office. There doesn't seem much relevance of the bloggers statements
to be anything worthwhile to a prospective client. Helen and Peter
Evans are two of the nicest and most professional people you will
meet.
