Default similarly named intercepts all in the same FIR

I see the Naha FIR (Okinawa) has intercepts BISIG, BISIS, and BIXAK.
Such similarly named intercepts all in the same FIR, while not on the
same airways, still seem rather risky. (But what do I know, haven't
been on a plane in 10 years, just listen to my scanner.)
