Default AA bird strike

The Chicago Tribune reported this morning that the American AL jet
that had to return to OHare on one engine a couple of weeks ago lost
the engine because of ingestion of 6 cormorants. These birds are
heavier than most and totally destroyed the engine. I'm glad I wasn't
sitting next to the engine when that happened :-)
