Default EAU Tower opening

The Chippewa Valley Regional (EAU Claire, WI) Air Traffic Control Tower will
be open for operation at 0530 CDT on 1 Nov 2006. All pilots flying to EAU
should ensure they have current NOTAMS, up to date charts and approach
procedures. Information can be found at the following internet address:

Never mind, I just found the email from FAASafety.gov. You'd think those
clowns would know that DST ends this weekend.

1. white makeup applied
2. floppy shoes on
3. orange wig in place
4. fake red nose installed
5. multicolored hanky in pocket
6. tiny tricycle operable
7. balloon animals inflated
