Default Frank Irving

This announcement has been made form the Lasham Gliding Society's
office:

"It is with great sadness that we have heard of the recent death at his
home in Richmond of Frank Irving.

He was a member of Lasham from its inception and known worldwide in the
gliding movement. He was a key member of the Aeronautics Department at
Imperial College, London and an inspiration to generations of students.

He will be greatly missed.

Funeral arrangements to follow."
